Milestra connects goals, KPIs, evidence, meetings, and reports into one operating cadence. This guide gets a new workspace from zero to first review.

   Create your workspace

   Sign up and name your organization. We'll set up your annual and quarterly goal periods automatically.

   Invite your team

   Add people from the Team page and assign roles — admins, department managers, team leads, and employees.

   Cascade your goals

   Create the annual objective, then quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals beneath it. Department and individual scopes keep ownership clear.

   Track KPIs on the wall

   Define the metrics that matter, set targets, and let the KPI wall surface drift before it becomes a miss.

   Run evidence-based reviews

   Attach links and files to key results, verify them, and let AI analyze progress. Meeting agendas generate from goal health, and reports assemble themselves.

Cascading periods

Goals attach to periods — annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly. Progress on child goals rolls up to parents, so a weekly action visibly moves the annual objective. Close periods from Settings when they end to freeze reporting.

Roles

ORG_ADMIN manages the workspace; DEPT_MANAGER runs a department's goals; TEAM_LEAD runs a team; EMPLOYEE owns individual goals and evidence. Every read and write is enforced by row-level security against your role and organization.
