Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Milestra. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

Accounts and workspaces

Each workspace belongs to the organization that created it. Members access the workspace through accounts provisioned by their organization, must keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under their accounts.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms.
• Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.
• Don't resell, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from the service.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to process it.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are paid in advance for one month or one year — per contributor seat, or as a flat monthly band in some local currencies — and do not renew automatically. Viewers who do not own goals or actions are not charged. Fees exclude taxes. When a paid period ends, the workspace stays fully usable for a 7-day grace period, is then read-only, and after 30 days moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Nonprofit and school discounts apply once we have verified the organisation's registration.

AI features

AI features (evidence analysis, meeting summaries, goal breakdowns) are provided to assist your team. Outputs may contain errors — review them before relying on them for performance decisions.

Service availability

We aim for high availability and communicate planned maintenance in advance. Unplanned downtime and support-response commitments for paid plans are described in your order form or our Security page.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after 30 days' notice. On termination, your organization can export its data for 30 days, after which we delete it per our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" except as stated in these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party's total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
